Teams have the option to upgrade their tickets to include a commemorative T-shirt with their entry fee If this option is selected, The entry fee is increased to £20 per player for a team fee of £120 per Team of 6 Players You will also be given the option to select your size. Terms and Conditions

We (as a Six member team) agree to the following Terms and Conditions

A full terms and condition and disclaimer form will be provided on the day, which will need to be signed by the team leader on the day.
The entry fee is £10 per player for a team fee of £60 per Team of 6 Players plus a one-off £4.50 Transaction Fee - Total payment due is £64.50 - Payment must be taken in 'advance' for the entire team only - Payment which will be process via paypal (using credit or debit card / paypal) - Players will not be allow on court until payment is received.
Teams have the option to upgrade their tickets to include a commemorative T-shirt with their entry fee - If this option is selected, The entry fee is £20 per player for a team fee of £120 per Team of 6 Players plus a one-off £4.50 Transaction Fee - Total payment due is £124.50 - Payment must be taken in 'advance' for the entire team only - Payment which will be process via paypal (using credit or debit card / paypal)- please ensure you select your size
Teams failing to show for their booking will be charged the full entry fee - Please note this is a Fund raising event organised completely by volunteers so please don't waste our time by signing up and not attending
Members of a Team who fail to turn up will lose their portion of the entry fee, but we will allow substitutes if needed (although T-shirt size cannot be guaranteed), please notify the entry desk on arrival.

Time Preferences

Time allocation is subjected to a 'First Come, First Served' Policy, we are asking for your two most preferred hour time slots and a final pick of a 'morning' (8am-12pm) or 'afternoon' (1-5pm) slot selection in case your first and second preferred slots are both unavailable (we apologise if that happens but each hour time slot is open to a maximum of two teams)
